Carl & Elaine this January at Lar.Da for a hands-on kraut-making workshop where we’ll dive into the art of fermenting cabbage and crafting your own gut-friendly, flavour-packed jar of kraut to take home.

Expect a warm, welcoming evening filled with good food, great company, and plenty of fermentation chat. Whether you’re brand new or already a kraut convert, there’s something for everyone.

  • 6:30 PM – Doors open

  • 7:00 PM– Prompt start & intro with a focus on water (this semesters dive)

  • 7:00 PM – Kraut-making workshop

  • 7:45 PM – Shared feast with your fellow β€œKraut'ers”

  • 8:30 PM – Pt your kraut and a Q&A!

  • 2:00 PM – Label your jars & head home with your creation!

Come hungry, curious, and ready to get your hands cabbage-y.
