👣 Level: All abilities welcome

Situated just outside Birmingham, Timber House spans 35 acres of wildflowers, hedgerows, streams, and woodland. The land is home to a rich variety of wildlife, from muntjac deer to barn owls.

This will be a no-rush walk, inviting you to slow down and connect with the landscape. As we wander, we’ll take in seasonal changes, share stories, meet local wildlife, and forage for the edible delights the land has to offer.

The walk begins at The Black Horse and meanders through nearby fields, streams, and woodland over 2–3 hours, finishing at Timber House. There, we’ll settle our hunger, explore flavours together, and reflect on the treasures we’ve gathered along the way.

What to Bring

  • A small knife or scissors (for cutting/foraging)

  • Pots, bags, or baskets for your finds

  • A bottle of water

What We’ll Provide

  • Cups, plates, and cutlery

  • First aid kit

Come dressed for the weather, ready to explore, wander, and savour the land 🌿
