Learn a skill, eat with us, and take something home.
When the hedgerows are humming and the elder is in full bloom, it’s time for fizz. Join us for a joyful early-summer evening celebrating elderflower in its finest form—light, fragrant, gently sparkling, and unapologetically British.
We’ll be turning freshly picked elderflower into a deliciously floral fizz, perfect for picnics, garden parties, and smugly offering to guests as “something I made.”

Guided preparation of elderflower from blossom to bottle
Tips on safe foraging, timing, and how to spot elder in bloom
Stories, traditions, and countryside lore around elderflower
How to balance sweetness, citrus, and gentle fizz
A relaxed, sociable evening with good food and even better company
Bottles of your own elderflower fizz to take home
No experience needed—just a love of summer evenings, floral drinks, and having a go.

6:45 PM – Doors open & bar ready
7:00 PM – Prompt start & introduction (with a focus on Air)
7:15 PM – Shared seasonal supper with your fellow fizz-makers
7:45 PM – Hands-on elderflower fizz making
9:00 PM – Bottle, label & head home feeling very pleased with yourself
