From deep-roasted chillies to slow-building heat and balanced acidity, this workshop is about understanding spice, respecting fire, and creating sauces that go far beyond βjust hot.β

Guided preparation of hot sauce from raw ingredients to bottle
A look at chillies, heat levels, fermentation, and balance
Techniques for building depth using smoke, sweetness, acid, and spice
Stories, traditions, and rituals around fire and spice
A shared dinner designed to complement and showcase heat
Bottles of your own hot sauce to take home
Whether youβre a chilli obsessive or new to the world of spice, youβll leave with a deeper understanding of heat, a bottle of sauce made by your own hands, and a full belly.
