As spring unfolds, wild garlic carpets hedgerows and woodlands with its unmistakable scent and vibrant green leaves. Join us for a hands-on evening celebrating this fleeting seasonal ingredient—learning how to turn freshly foraged wild garlic into something delicious, useful, and lasting.
This workshop isn’t just about food. It’s about seasonality, shared tables, and reconnecting with the landscape around us.
✨ What to expect:
Guided preparation of wild garlic from leaf to jar
Stories, folklore, and traditional uses of wild garlic
Tips for preserving and flavouring wild garlic with oils, salts, and complementary ingredients
A relaxed, communal atmosphere with plenty of conversation
Jars of your own wild garlic creations to take home
Whether you’re new to foraging or already obsessed with that garlicky green goodness, you’ll leave with practical skills, seasonal inspiration, and something you’ve made by hand.

6:45 PM – Doors open & bar ready
7:00 PM – Prompt start & introduction (with a focus on Earth)
7:15 PM – Shared seasonal feast with your fellow wild garlic lovers
7:45 PM – Hands-on wild garlic prep & preserving
9:00 PM – Label your jars & head home with your creations
